General Tips to Keep Mentally Healthy

Establish a routine that is close to your regular routine, simple to maintain and easily transferable once the crisis is over. e.g.

wake and sleep times

meditation/exercise/leisure times

regular meal times

keep your job hours and avoid overtime work

Make sure to take short breaks during your day. Stresses and frustrations are heightened at this time. Get up from your desk, take a little walk, do some stretches. Be patient, more tolerant of others.

Maintain a healthy diet, avoid indiscriminate snacking and keep well hydrated

Keep human contact via video or telephone according to regular scheduled check-ins

Reflect in your gratitude journal on 5 things you're grateful for each day
