General Tips to Keep Mentally Healthy 

  • Establish a routine that is close to your regular routine, simple to maintain and easily transferable once the crisis is over. e.g.

    • wake and sleep time​s

    • meditation/exercise/leisure times

    • regular meal times

    • keep your job hours and avoid overtime work

  • Make sure to take short breaks during your day. Stresses and frustrations are heightened at this time. Get up from your desk, take a little walk, do some stretches. Be patient, more tolerant of others.

  • Maintain a healthy diet, avoid indiscriminate snacking and keep well hydrated

  • Keep human contact via video or telephone according to regular scheduled check-ins

  • Reflect in your gratitude journal on 5 things you're grateful for each day
